New Joomla versions are continuously released – Joomla 2.5, Joomla 3.0 and so on. Joomla 1.5 is no longer supported anymore.  That is, I guess that some Joomla 1.5 users might wonder which the next version you should stick to. That should be a version with new useful features, long-term support and a lot of compatible Joomla templates and extensions.
Our answer is Joomla 2.5. You know, it is still supported until December 2013. It is not Joomla 3.0 which is just supported until April, 2013. More reasons? Please take a look at the infographic below:

It's also a great reason for website developers to recommend to their clients to upgrade and make more money with this effort. Clients will love the gesture of being cared for, too. ;)

The upgrade from 1.5 to 2.5 is also good for the security of the website.
I've already upgraded to 3.0, so no upgrades for me now!

When someone will decide that he like to upgrade, the next question is whether or not you should simply rebuild the website from scratch or try and migrate all the content from his current version to 2.5. Of course there is not easy answer for this either.

    You have right Tung.
However,if the website has more of 10 categories and 120 articles is not easy work the migration.
I have read 2-3 guides in order to do the upgrade but I couldn't decide it!
