Login to Customer Area

The first thing is to login to the "Customer Area" on the main menu with your own account.

Get access to the Dedicated Support System

On the right column, you will see the menu Customer Area. Click on "Dedicated Support" to get access to the Dedicated Support System

Choose your purchased product

You are in the Dedicated Support System now. Please choose the product you purchased, which needs supporting, in the "Products" field.

Note: Fields with the mark * are compulsory information.

Choose the order number you purchased the product

Then, you choose the order number when you bought that product. The numbers will be shown as below and you just need to select one.

Select the domain you registered for the product

After that, the field "Registered Domain" will show out. You are required to select the domain you registered for your purchased product from the light-box.

Note: It is supposed to register domain names for any edition of our commercial products. Please notice to register a domain name if you haven’t got one.

If your purchased product is the PRO UNLIMITED edition, you are able to register more domains. PRO UNLIMITED editions permit you to have unlimited domain slots.

Click "Register Domain"

Type your new domain name and click "Register"

Fill in other necessary information

Next step, you fill in other necessary information.

• Website URL: Your website URL
• Subject: What is your issue?
• Message: Details of your issue
• File attachment: Attach more images or files to clarify your idea.

Click Submit

Finally, click "Submit" to finish the process. Your information will go for us right then and we will solve it fast.
