You can activate this feature easily in the back-end of this Joomla mobile template. It can detect whether your visitors surf your website using a mobile and automatically switch to the mobile version. As soon as you set the parameter "Enable Mobile Support" to "Yes", visitors can surf your website via a mobile.

Wow Joomla looks great on phones. I just started my own website (http://howtocookweb.com) and Joomla seems like a great platform to use, maybe better as Wordress (what I use now). Maybe I will switch.

For mobile template I suggest having a look at T3 Framework. It's also very powerfull but doesn't seems very ease to start.
