Joomla 2.5, with many new features and upgrades, comes soon after the release of versions beta1 and beta2. JoomlaShine is glad to announce that we have already tested our JoomlaShine template in Joomla 2.5 and will support it when it is officially released.

After Joomla 2.5 beta1 and beta2 were released, we built a test-case to check the JoomlaShine template performance and got a positive result:

• The template installed successfully
• The template presentation in the front-end page works well in each section.
• The template setting in administrator page works correctly

In additional now we are planning and working on many improvements with this Joomla release. So customers not only get a product compatible with Joomla 2.5 but also get a template that is always up-to-date.

As you know Joomla.org has announced that Joomla 1.7 reaches its end-of-life and is no longer supported, on 24 February 2012. Joomla 1.5 reaches its end-of-life on April 2012. After that Joomla 2.5 will take the long-term-support place until in July 2013.

So with the importance of this Joomla version, we have devoted much attention to it and are pleased to inform you that we will support Joomla 2.5 when it is officially released. We hope that this is good news for customers and you will appreciate our efforts in developing and supporting JoomlaShine products.
