Slide Show and Template are Separate Charges........

I recently purchased your template for Joomla 1.5 and downloaded and installed it to my server. Since I noticed the template looked nothing like what was on your site I opened up the .pdf maunal to see if I did something wrong. After reading page 17 it said I needed the Slideshow module, in order to obtain the look you have on your template demo site, and I could download it free at your site.

I went to the link and learned that I needed to pay an additional 29.95 for this module since I was running Joomla 1.5. The manual for the template is for Joomla 1.5 and it doesn't say anywhere on there that I need to pay an additional amount for the slideshow. It clearly says I can get it for free. So my question is where is my free download?

If it is free and I am missing somthing, please show me where I can download the extension.

If it is not free, then please let me know and/or provide me with the compatable download extension link for free or simply refund my money.


I read thru the product details on the template and there was nothing in the Pro version Description that stated otherwise. Which is misleading.

Yes, JSN Epic and JSN ImageShow are two absolutely separated products and Pro version are sold separately. We clearly stated about this on JSN Epic demo page.
