Is it intended to add the ability for a visitor to increase/decrease the font size of the web site? If so - it may also be useful to be able to position it in a module so we can decide where this feature will be placed on a page.

Yes, we are planning to add this feature in JSN Epic PRO version 1.1 which is coming very soon. Please stay tuned.
