Website crashed!! 404 Page not found on all menu calls

Did something and all the 'pages' disappeared.. website will not show on IE7 except for an initial blip and reports "Address not valid", then removes address from the search bar. The site is visible on Safari, but none of the menu links lead anywhere. Think this is something to do with the Dynamic Page Titles. How can I reset the links?
