Selection of image folder above docroot

1st of all thank you for a great product.
For security reasons my pics are situated above the document root.
I can move sets of pictures back and forth when I want them showed.
But wouldn't it be much simpler to let the administrator choose the complete path.
Even ../image_folder does not work :'(
Would it possible to change that in a future release?
If not can you point me in the right direction so I can change it myself.

Hi Riddick,

JSN ImageShow uses http protocol to load images and show, so I'm afraid there is no way for it to get images if they are above document root.
