HELP...Epic pro template doesn't render past the home page [SOLVED]

Please help...I have not look at our new site in a few weeks but now see a CRITICAL problem. The template doesn't seem to render past the home page. Check out http://www.desertvistahoa.com and go to any menu header link and you will see what I mean. the text appears to be there..just not the template. Any ideas?

Currently I don't see anything but the listing of files on your server. It looks like you have removed Joomla.
