Hi JoomlaShine

I'm about to buy the Pro version of your product. But before I have an important question.

It says in your product description that the user e.g. can choose between 6 color variations. What if I want to have a design in a another color than the 6 available? Can I make my own color variation?

Is it easy to configure the overall layout? E.g. what if I would like arrows in the 'Bullet-tree-menu' instead of the tiny 'blue rectangle'?

Your product looks very interesting to me, but I need to know if I can 'customize' the templates in this way :)

Looking forward to your answer!

Best regards,
Morten

Hello Morten,

Thank you for your interest JoomlaShine’s product.

Yes, you can customize the template in your way. Bought JSN Epic PRO you will get additionally free support for basic customization the template (changing color, font, background, menu style etc). However please notice, free support do not cover requests which required modifying the whole structure of a template, for example addition one more module position.

Also, if you are going to use the product on more than 1 websites (domains) you can get Unlimited domain license. The price is very affordable and it is 50 USD. To buy JSN Epic PRO and get it immediately please to visit the link below

Hi Tony

Thanks a lot for your quick answer - very clear and informative.

I understand that the support does not cover modifying of a whole template. But can I e.g. buy some support from you if needed?

And further, I can tell from your product description (http://demo.joomlashine.com/joomla-templates/jsn_epic/j10/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=14&Itemid=45) that your template comes with a lot of Module positions. Do I have control over the positions...e.g. place module number 9 in number 8's position?

Hope you understand my question :)

Best regards,
Morten
