Unable to log in to helpdesk [SOLVED]

Hi, I am trying - without success - to log in to your dedicated helpdesk (http://www.joomlashine.com/support/dedicated/).
I am using the email address that I used when purchasing JSN Epic Pro, but it keeps telling me that my email address doesn't exist.
I am at a loss.
