Customer Area question

Hello,

My company is hosting a website that has the JSN Epic Pro template as well as the JSN ImageShow Pro module in Joomla. Unfortunately the person that purchased this is no longer with the company and we do not know how to get into the Customer Area to get support with this site. Joomla was recently upgraded to 1.5.7 and we believe that made the ImageShow to stop working and just show Loading Slideshow Image. Could someone please let me know how I can get the information to get into the Customer Area so we can get this working?
