View Full Version : 1.5 Free version Doesn't Display Header Images - [SOLVED]

I figured that I'd try the free version of your template to make sure it displays well and is easily modified. (tried a couple of others elsewhere and modifications to template files were necessary)

It installed fine but the header images are missing.

If I can get some assurance that it works well out of the box I would be happy to purchase the pro version of the template and the image component but I need it to see it first.

I am a total Joomla newb and I'm using 1.5.

Hello,

Unfortunately free version JSN ImageShow can work only on Joomla! 1.0.x. However the PRO version works well in native mode Joomla! 1.5.x To make sure that JSN ImageShow Pro works you can visit JSN Epic demo web site at

So, if I purchase the Image Show and install it everything will be fine? I downloaded the free version and installed it after activation the legacy module and nothing shows in that space.

If I buy it, and it doesn't work well straight away will the fee be refunded upon request?

Unfortunately JSN ImageShow free version doesn't work in Legacy mode. If we are not able to get the product to work on your web site you will receive back the full amount of money for the product.

After purchase JSN ImageShow PRO (http://www.joomlashine.com/shop/client/browse_products.php) module you can download it instantly in 'Customer Area'.

Alright, I'll do so then. Off to the rents for the holiday but I expect to have it purchased/installed/tested by tomorrow AM.

Aright, got the image show pro... installed it and it looks like it's working fine but the positioning is whacked (I'd like to start with the example page layout).

Looked in the pdf file for info but don't see anything on positioning so I'm thinking it's in the template itself. Didn't see options for it in the free version so I'm going to go ahead and just get the paid version.

I'm hoping it will have the example page as a default layout... if not, is there a one two three on how to do it?

Aarrghhhh! Bought and installed the template and the layout is still nuts! Been working through the "quick start" guide and it looks at least as bad as when I started.

Putting away for the evening hoping it makes more sense in the morning.

Should I uninstall/reinstall everything... is there a "quick and easy" for the attractive layout on the example pages?

Tony, thanks for your reply and for the link. I attempted to complete a support ticket but on submission I get an error "ERROR: Please specify a valid Email Address", yet there is no field in the form for an email address.

I do not want to post the url publicly, I will try sending you a PM with the url after posting.

I'm trying it one more time with a fresh install of everything: Joomla 1.5 (with sample data), Imageshow Pro and JSN EpicPro.

Getting ready to hit that quick start guide again unless there are any other shortcuts out there.

Just wanted to let you know that I got it sorted. Working through the quick start guide item by item I was able to get it pretty much where I needed to get started on the site.

I wasn't able to get the tabbed menu going but I'm guessing that's in the other pdf help file so I'll look at that in a bit.

A note though, to get the ****erfish menu at the top operational I had to remove the main menu from the page and add a new menu item with the same parameters.
