View Full Version : I payed and I received nothing. [SOLVED]

Hello.

A few weeks ago (17 - 09 - 2008) I payed too "JSN Epic Pro" with transfer from my bank in Poland. During the purchase, I opened an account on your side for the person for whom the template was bought. Unfortunately up till now I don't have an opportunity to pick the packet up in no way with the template and documentation. What's more, I don't have an opportunity even to enter to "Customer Area", since still I am informed that there is no user whom I am writing down while logging.
I can send the printout of certifying the transaction with mail for person responsible for contacts with customers.
Name of account who similarly doesn't exist in your system - ask a-domanska@wp.pl.

I ask for fast explaining the matter.

We apologize for an inconvenience having you wait. After checking process in Shopping Cart system we confirm the fact about the payment and order for JSN Epic PRO in status 'Active' since the date of payment. Normally after the purchase process you should receive a confirmation email from our retail partner 2CheckOut.com. This email contains all information related to the payment on www.joomlashine.com.

For logging into 'Customer Area' (http://www.joomlashine.com/shop/client/client_login.php) please use username 'a-domanska@wp.pl.' and a password which you used during registration process.

Thanks for a quick reply.

My customer obtained the mail from 2CO.com with certifying expenditure and it was limited to it - I am establishing, around this way should be. At the moment he is trying to gain access to Customer Area, however a password whom I gave during the registration isn't acting. I tried to use the option "Resend password" - unfortunately for two days the mail with the password didn't get through. We checked even his folders "spam".
If it is possible, I would ask passwords for resetting on any placed by you, and sending to me it through PM. You also wrote in order to log on the account 'a-domanska@wp.pl.' - whether dot at the end of the address is it a typographical error, whether such an entry exists in your database?
