Images not found in templates/jsn_epic_pro/images [SOLVED]

Hi,
I installed jsn_epic_pro on the server of my provider and could run it there very well. But I had some technical difficulties in the administration area there, so I try out another provider now. What can I do now if I have bought jsn_epic_pro only for a single website? Is it ok, when I delete the first website?

At the new provider I have the problem now that the images from .../templates/jsn_epic_pro/images are not shown whereas with other templates it works well.
Is it possible that I have this problem because it was installed on another website first, or are there any other reasons? What can I do?

I should add that I installed jsn_epic_pro locally and copied it to the server.

Please do let me answer to your questions.

If you remove all JSN files from first server and will use it only on second server it would be fine.

The issue might be related to permission of template's folder when you was installing JSN Epic template. We recommend you to re-install JSN Epic template by standard method: In administration area of web site 'Extensions' -> 'Install/Uninstall' -> click 'Upload file and Install'.
