Hello,
is it possible to change the look of the template by myself ?
are all the files (php, css, etc) not encrypted so I can accomodate it to my needs?

Yes, you can change original version JSN Epic template. However please note if you use the free version you need to keep brand link 'template by JoomlaShine.com'. If you would like to remove the brandlink please buy the PRO version which is costs only 25 USD for Single Domain license. In addition, you might be interested the difference between two version.
