Infinite loop detected [SOLVED]

Trying to install the free version on a Joomla 1.5 site, with legacy enabled, to show my customer how it looks and I am getting

JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected

Anyone know what is going on?

Thanks! that got me past that, now I get this



* JFolder::create: Could not create directory
* Unable to create destination

All my files are writeable in the Directory Permissions tab.

Safe_mode was on... turned it off and it worked
