I ordered the template last Friday (today is Tuesday) and received acknowledgement of receipt of credit card charge. But I have not received any info as to how to download the template; it appears I need an account name and/or password. I sent an e-mail yesterday, but that has yielded no results, either. Please advise.

In general the product can be downloaded instantly after purchase process. There is necessary to click on button "Finalize" on secure page of our business partner 2CheckOut.com. We can confirm that your payment has been made successfully. Please login 'Customer Area' (http://www.joomlashine.com/shop/client/client_login.php) to download it.

Regarding to your email we have responded to you less than 24 hours. Probably it was achieved your spam box. Please check out your email client.

Sorry, but I do not believe I ever set up a password and so cannot log on in the Customer Area. I've tried a couple of passwords I tend to use, but they do not work. I see there there is text that says "Resend Password," which I thought might be what I would need to do if I were logging in for the first time. However, there is no text box to the right of those words, so there is no way to resend my password.

As to my e-mail, there is nothing in my spam folder.

It appears there was something I missed in the purchase process. Do you want me to purchase the template again and then credit me for the first purchase?
