How and when can I download the product after purchase?
After payment process you can instantly download the product from Customer Area (http://www.joomlashine.com/customer-area.html) section.
In addition, we will send you email receipt with all order and download information, so you can track back any time later.

Is this monthly price or one-time payment?
The price is one-time payment, not monthly fee.
After purchase you will be able to download and use product for as long as you want. More over, if you purchased PRO UNLIMITED Edition, then you get life-time upgrade as well.

On how many domains I can use purchased product?
You can use your purchased product on as many domains as you want.
There is no domain usage limitation, but you need to buy PRO UNLIMITED edition if you want to get support for unlimited domains. For PRO STANDARD edition we support only for 01 domain.

How do I get product’s updates in future?
You can download the latest version of products at Customer Area (http://www.joomlashine.com/customer-area.html) section.


If you purchased PRO UNLIMITED Edition, then you get life-time upgrade.
If you purchased PRO STANDARD Edition, then you get free product updates within 1 year. After that, you have to pay a small upgrade fee.

What kind of support do you offer?
We have 2 kind of support infrastructure:


Support Forum – Here you can get help from the community and our professional support staffs.
Dedicated Helpdesk System – This system is available only for customer who bought PRO UNLIMITED Edition. In this system we can provide faster and more dedicated support covering not only matter related to product, but also with Joomla in general.


Do JoomlaShine products do any "Call home" for license checking?
No, definitely not.
JoomlaShine products do NOT have any kind of license checking mechanism. You don’t need any license key to run the product. Our goal is to build useful hassle-free products that will benefit you.

Can I remove copyright link or statement?
In PRO edition all visible copyright statements are already removed.
In PRO edition all copyright text displayed in browser are already removed. However, copyright notice in header section of code files is presented and must stay intact.

Does your products support multi-language?
Yes, for sure.

What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all kind of credit cards.

More over, we will release version compatible with Joomla! 1.6 when it reaches stable state.

Are JoomlaShine templates search engine optimized?
Yes, we pay serious attention on integrating SEO feature to our products.

What is considered as domain when I want to get support for it?
Domain is everything you see between "http://" and "/...".
For example:

"http://yourdomain.com (http://yourdomain.com/)" and "http://yourdomain.com/dev/" are considered as 1 domain.

Can I remove copyrights?
You can NOT remove copyright text from product’s code.
However, you can remove copyright text "Joomla! Templates by JoomlaShine.com" if you purchase PRO edition of the product. For more details about the copyright information please have a look at page Terms and Conditions (http://www.joomlashine.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=7).

Can I use Free Edition of JoomlaShine template for commercial purposes?
No, you can use Free edition of JoomlaShine template only for your own websites and NOT for your client’s websites.

What is the license of your products?

In the near time we are going to release next version 3.0 JSN Epic with new features. You can update the product later for free at Customer Area.

In Ice Theme themes it is NOT possible. So, is Theme Epic suitable for multiple menu's..??
with sliding sub-menu#s.

In the coming version 3.0 JSN Epic PRO template will be implemented the feature Slide Menu. The current version 2.0 supports only Bullettree menu style in left column.

You can buy the product now and later upgrade to the version 3.0 for free.

So are you saying the template is ready for the search engines with no extra work evolved.

Can you create a form for users to post information collected only by the administrator. An example would be to submit an article for approval then manually placed in it's appropriate category.

Another example would be to ask the user a question and they respond through a form, then only the administrator will have access to the answers.

I'm very interested in the developer version of Epic if this is possible.

Hello to everyone who is considering using or even purchasing any Joomlashine product.

I am an average user as you are, I am not a Joomlashine Member nor on their pay role. I can confirm everything they write in their FAQ. The template runs perfectly in other languages, their support is outstanding in the Joomla cosmos and EPIC and ImageShow are very well documented.

You can't do anything wrong using their templated and modules.

Why am I writting this here? I don't know. ;-) I am just satisfied and a happy customer : o )

I bought the JSN Epic PRO less than 1 year ago. I can see that:
"•If you purchased PRO STANDARD Edition, then you get free product updates within 1 year. After that, you have to pay a small upgrade fee."
Now I'd like to get the updates, but I'm unable to locate them on your web site. Is there a procedure to follow in order to update my template without loosing my settings?

1. In general, our products run stable on different browsers and with other products, since we pay attention to testing a lot.

It is not 100% guarantee. There might have some unpredictable bugs and conflicts. However, we guarantee that we will support you to solve out problems and all the products will always be improved.

2. Can you explain your question a little bit clearer? You are asking about how frequency is a new product released?

I've created a new thread yesterday which was removed today. I don't know the reason and didn't find it moved to another category. So here are my questions. Would be nice to get some answers. The main question is if it's possible to edit the elements in the ImageShow.


JSN Imageshow and JSN Tendo Template

Hi JSN Team,

I'm really impressed by your products and testing the free versions right now in development area (no live site yet).
I've got some questions:

Is it possible to edit the JSN Imageshow to be automatically stretchy?
Is it possible to edit the icons for forward/backwards?
Can the icons be split (left and right side)?
Is it possible to have the ImageShow in the background, so the MainMenu (header area) is on top of it?

I've got autoplay and looping on in the ImageShow. When I click on a thumbnail, the new image is loaded and the autoplay stops. I see a "pause" icon where the loading wheel was (top right). Is it possible that autoplay starts again afterwards?
