Imageshow - Date specific images

Is it possible, or maybe this could be a future enhancement, to have images in a Showlist that would have a start/stop date for showing? For example, if I am using Imageshow to display ads on my front page, and I only want a particular ad to show up from 1/1/2010 through 2/1/2010, so that on 2/1 I don't have to login and delete the ad image from the Showlist, is this at all possible, or maybe in a future release?
