Paid but no download available

I have a receipt from the payment gateway but the joomlashine page shows "Due" and gives me no access to download. Is this a common problem? Is there any way to resolve it quickly as I bought and paid for the product because I'm working with a deadline.

I do apologize for the delay with answer. Actually, the download status has been enabled instantly, but it seems you clicked on the duplicated order, so you seen the disabled download button. The duplicated order has been removed from your account. Feel free to login the customer area then get the JSN ImageShow gallery -> http://www.joomlashine.com/customer-area.html
