i have a JS Error (local, MampPro 2.0.5)

Error: $.cookie is not a function

It´s a blank Joomla 2.5.4 install.

Tested on FireFox 12, Chrome 18.0.1025.142 and Safari 5.1.5 (7534.55.3)

Currently we do not have this problem in our Joomla 2.5.4. I've tested on many Joomla 2.5 website but can not replicated the problem you've found. Please view the attachment.
Could you please give me more details? a screen shot? which are other extensions on your website

sry for the late response: Problem Solved. I did a new fresh install, clear Browser Cache and all is fine.

It is also my first time seeing that kind of error. I was stumped as to how such an error could have occurred. Thankfully the problem just needed a fresh install. There are so many times a re-install or reboot of the computer can solve the hardest problems.

Dear jimeffect, the problem is from the cache of browser as we have move some js files to other location, but cache still keep the old file, so clean cache should work, re-install also do clean files.
