Image not loading in image folder....

Hello, I am trying the free version of imageshow and my problem is that the images dont save in the showlist, I tried several times to create the showlist, installing uninstalling, but no success...every time I try the result is the same, image folder empty...also I think it should create a thumbs folder or not?because when installed it does not creating any media folder.
Is there a fix on this, or how can I do it manually?

I have the same problem in the free version. The images from picasa are not loading in my showlist. I cant read your solution in de dedicated forum, as I haven´t bought the Pro Version yet. I am thinking of buying it, but first I have to be sure I get it working. Therefore I would appreciate it if you could present the solution here. Thanks! Rianne
