Disappointment with JSN unlimited Pro edition not performing, no support

I installed JSN image show on my server and thinking that buying the pro issue would be the best option, I paid the full amount. When I tried to configure it to run automatically without a navigation bar, it simply would not do it. It displayed the first image only, requiring the user to select the next image. I sent in two support tickets and received no response. If I cannot resolve this problem, I will be hoping to get a full refund. I have been looking for an extension that would allow me to show an unlimited number of images automatically and thought I has found it but it seems this is not the case.
