Unable to Add Logo/ Update Version

Hello I'm working on a template (Tendo) I have two questions:

Whats the best way to upgrade versions and I'm unable to add logo in the Template Manager logo Settings, the window is blank and and every time I go to select the image nothing happens..It display a full window of the media manager and when I select the image nothing happens.:001_unsure:

The site is almost done I will be purchasing the template as soon as the client

I have checked and found that you're using our latest JSN Tendo version. And I can see there's a logo on your site. Did you manage to do it?
