JSN Teki Sample Data Installation

Having installed the template I get the following error within the parameters section of the template:

Version:
1.1.2 - Failed to contact versioning server.

When trying to install the sample data I first get an error of:

Download sample data package.
Unable to download file. Try manual installation.


Going through the manual installation I get the following:


Failed loading XML file
/var/www/html/tmp/jsn_teki_sample_data_4fdf2aab23fc2/__sample_data.xml
XML: failed to load external entity "/var/www/html/tmp/jsn_teki_sample_data_4fdf2aab23fc2/__sample_data.xml"
Installation file not found.


Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Did you install the sample data on your local site or live site? If you have a live site, could you please provide me account to access the admin site and check the issue?
