JSN Epic Free update messed up website

I just pgraded from 4.3 to 4.4 of the JSN Epic Free template, and now the site styles seem to be messed up. The buttons are a greyish color and don't look right. The box-blue styles used to have a white background, and now appears to have no background color, and most importantly, the banner at the top now has a bunch of whitespace below it where there is a style of jsn-headerright has a padding of 20px, but I don't have any content in that area.

can someone please help me? i had issues installing the update, and had to uninstall the template and reinstall, then I had 3 templates showing up. i got the all deleted, but now my site seems messed up.

I think that jsn-headerright is displaying the top menu, which should be floated on top of the logo image at the top, shouldn't it? It appears to be underneath my log image, not on top of it.

I worked around the header issue by seting #jsn-headerright to display: none, since I'm not using the top menu. The issue is that my logo is the full width of the header, which is pushing that menu down underneath it.

I still have the button issue though, they do not look correct.
