Default Migration from Free to Pro? [SOLVED]

I plan on purchasing the Pro version of this template in 4-5 days but my customer needed to see some preliminary layout choices and looks that they wanted. We made changes to various CSS files and template files to make this happen and I have little documentation about what I changed on hand easily.

What I was curious about is, when I purchase and download the full, I will need to replace the free version I assume. Any easy way to migrate?

One other question,JSN Image Show right click properties show the ad. When I purchase pro, that disappears? I am still borderline about buying this extension because of some of the limitations. (still awesome product though!) Anything in the works to allow you to add captions per image?

    Hello brackishwater,
Please do let me answer to your questions.

    >>> “…Any easy way to migrate?...”
Unfortunately only way to upgrade from free to the Pro version is UNinstallation the old version and install the newest. Because after upgrade process css files will be lost you need to make sure to have a back-up template files.

    >>> “…When I purchase pro…”
We guarantee you that JSN ImageShow PRO does NOT contain any brand links. You can make sure yourself by JSN Epic demo site having a right click on JSN ImageShow area.

    >>> “….Anything in the works to allow you to add captions per image?...”
This feature will be added to the next version 2.0 JSN ImageShow PRO.

Thank you Tony for the great reply.  That answered almost everything I needed to buy the product.

Will 2.0 be a separate purchase or upgrade? - Disregard, answered in a thread below (future updates free with purchase)

Would there be any conflict between installing the Pro and Free on the same Joomla install?  That way I can duplicate a content page and apply each template to each page and discover the differences.

There are NO conflict between free and Pro version of JSN ImageShow module. They can work as well together as separately.

    Sir,

If you haven't changed 'index.php' or css files you do NOT worry about the content of your website. Uninstall the free then install the PRO version doesn't effect to the content of your web site.

    Tony,
Maybe I'm not explaining this question right, and I do appreciate the help btw. I have a JSN Epic Free site now that has had php and css changes made to the template. I wish to upgrade this to Pro now. Can I install the JSN Epic Pro without uninstalling the Free template on my site, thereby allowing me to assign each template to a different page on the website? I feel that this will allow me to narrow down the actual changes I made to the free version's various css and php files.

I apologize for misunderstanding. You confirm the fact that you can use both the free and pro version normally assigning each template to a different page on the website.
