Can be a Joomla or JSN version problem or compatibility among them. So upgrade to latest version both of them. There can be a sever (hosting) problem too. If you can, try to instal on other site that is hosted on different server. It may be a compatibility problem among components (plugins,modules). Disable all of them and enable only JSN. If it works start enabling one by one.
