Unable to change logo and favicon in JSN Epic due to permissions problem

I'm using JSN Epic FREE edition and everything was going on well until I found out that the folder 'JSN_Epic_FREE' doesn't give me permission to change anything in it, including the favicon and logo. I checked my FTP permissions for all the other folders in my server and it's working fine. This problem occurs only for this folder.

I tried using JoomlaXplorer but the problem remains the same. Any suggestions as to how to solve this please?

Hi,

You should check the file/folder permission of the folder jsn_epic_free too, you should also try to change the file by using the hosting's file manager (if possible)
