Showcase data is corrupt

I've been using JSN Epic Pro and JSN Imageshow on my site. However, I've recently started getting the error "Showcase data is corrupt" appearing on the window where imageshow is supposed to happening. However, when I log on to the website, the imageshow begins to work. If I log off from the website the imageshow stops and the error appears again. What could be the problem?

I have the exact same error, this is happening with the pro standard version which was also installed in a different domain/copy of joomla in same sever and there works fine however here at my http://www.fundacionaztecaelsalvador.org/ site it doesnt work, I tried disabling some pluggins and it wont just work.

Hi all,

When I go to render my video in Premiere Pro the first 4 seconds are corrupt, it seems to pick whats right at the end of the video and overlay it in a corrupt way for around 4 seconds then it is fine for the rest of the video. When I watch the captured video in Windows media player it is fine without any corruption, however the corruption is always there on the rendered file and when viewing the media in the premiere preview window.

Any idea?
