Can't install data sample - JSN Epic Pro

Hi there,

I am having problem with installing data sample on JSN Epic Pro Template. I am using Joomla 1.5.22 and JSN Epic Pro 3.5.

After I try to install the data sample on this template, I get this message:
Installation file not found

I don't know what to do now! I have tried almost 20 times to do this, and I'm starting to get bored.

Is there anything I can do?

It seems that the problem is with the install file. you should use another copy of install file. Best will be to download it from the web.

Where can I download it? Can you show me the link? Do I need only that file or the whole template?

I have this file: jsn_installsample.php on jsn_epic pro folder. Is this the install file?

Also, before I try to make the installation I see this Note:

Sample data package will be downloaded from our server and might be not available sometimes. If this happens, please run this installer again in later time.

So, is it the problem in install file or JoomlaShine server?

you should upgrade JSN EPIC PRO to latest version (4.1.0) first. The path to install sample data has changed

Does the sample data come from Joomla servers or joomlashine.com servers, wouldn;t have though it came from Joomla servers ?

Sample data is install on your server. Only images is loaded from Joomlashine.com

Please try again install sample data, we have some minor bug in our system configuration which cause the 403 Forbidden error on sample data file.
We have fixed them!
