Now I can't get to the back end of my website

Bear with me, I'm still learning the terminology.

I installed JSN Epic and the sample data, and now my front end looks like the Template demo. However, I do not know how to get to the back end. There is no place to input my Super Admin Acct and password. How do I log in?
