New to Joomla, looking to replace a Coil WInding Machine site to a Joomla site.

Hello, I work for a coil winding machine company, and they asked me to look into creating a new site, either find some one or just get info. I stumbled upon the Joomla CMS, I was wondering how hard would it be to convert the existing site for [url=http://www.accuwinderengineering.com]Coil Winding Machine[/url] site to a joomla website. Will it be easier to just start from scratch ? or can I import all the info to a new joomla site.

Any good JoolmaShine templates that may work with the coil winding webiste?
