Explorer error: 'Showcase data is corrupt' (imageshow)

Hello,

I am using jsn_imageshow_free_j1.7_3.1.3 which works just fine in Chrome, but for some reason in Explorer it's showing 'Showcase data is corrupt'. I don't have any SEF extensions installed. Any ideas what's causing this? I do have a multilanguage web-site if that could be at all related.

Host is cloudaccess.net - the official Joomla Demo host. Is this what you meant? And why do you mean by information on my php?

Because the your problem exactly relates to multi language (plugin language of joomla), but was fixed in the previous version

I have checked and it work properly with our host. So i think we have problem with host and php configuration.

I have signed up on cloudaccess.net to investigate the issue and will let you know result as soon as possible
