A couple of days ago I bought the Tendo Pro Standard template.
When I try to install the sample data I get the message: unable to download file check internet connection.
Can you help me out.

Dear Hans,
Currently there's a bug concerning installing the sample data in our template. To fix this issue, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable the allow_url_fopen value. That means they need to change this value in the php.ini
allow_url_fopen = On
By default, this value is Off for security. You can check this value if it's on or off in the joomla admin control panel >> Site >> System information >> PHP information.
We're sorry for this inconvenience and will fix this bug in the next release.

Thank you for the response.
The host has created in my private map a php.ini with the content allow_url_fopen = OnIk heb voor u de allow_url_fopen functionaliteit ingeschakeld door in uw private map het bestand php.ini aan te maken met de volgende inhoud: allow_url_fopen = On.
What I now need from you is the ip-adress or ip-adresses of the connection so the host can place them in the whitelist.
