How and when can I download the product after purchase?

In addition, we will send you an email receipt with all order and download information, so you can check back any time in the future.
Is this a monthly price or a one-time payment?
The price is one-time payment, not monthly fee.
The price you pay is a one time fee, with no hidden or recurring charges of any kind, and there's no limit on how long you can use the template or extension either.
I have paid for my order but not yet accessed to download
Normally, your order will be created automatically upon receipt of a successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is NOT SUCCESSFUL and we have to review and process download information manually

What are the differences between PRO STANDARD and PRO UNLIMITED Editions?
Besides the price difference:
- With PRO STANDARD Edition: You get technical support for only 01 domain for 03 months. You will need to register the domain in the Customer Area in order to get support.
- With PRO UNLIMITED Edition: You get technical support for as many domains as you want for 12 months.
With both PRO Editions, you can use or download new updates of the products forever for as many domains as you like without any limitations.
Can I modify the source code of product?
Yes, you are authorized to make any modifications to achieve your desired intention. All codes are open for modification if you need.
Moreover, if you purchase the PRO STANDARD or PRO UNLIMITED edition, you can get basic customization support from JoomlaShine's technical supporters in the Forum.
How do I get product updates?
You can download the latest version of the product in the Customer Area section. You can download new updates for LIFETIME.
What happens after my order expires?
Once your subscription expires, you will still be able to download, customize and get updates purchased products for LIFETIME; you will only lose the ability to create new posts to get technical support in PRO box on our Forum.

What is considered as domain when I want to get support for it?
Domain is everything you see between "http://" and "/...".
Do I need license key to run your products?
No, you do NOT need any license key to run the product.
You just install them as regular Joomla! extensions and start using it wherever you want.
Can I try out the PRO Edition before purchasing?
Yes. You can try out it with Demo Builder. Besides it, when you purchase the PRO Edition you can ask for 100% money back in 30 days if you aren't satisfied.
I am using a Free Edition. If I upgrade to PRO Editions, will I lose the website data?
No. You won't lose data (content and images). However, if you have made CSS changes, you will lose these. So, make sure to back them all up beforehand. For more details, please check the upgrade instructions.
Now I have bought the PRO STANDARD. Can I upgrade to PRO UNLIMITED then?
Yes, you just need to pay the extra money. Here are the instructions to upgrade from PRO STANDARD to PRO UNLIMITED.
How can I download invoice/ payment/ bill?
You can easily edit and download the invoice in the Customer Area.
Can I get a discount?
Will I get PRO Extensions for free when I purchase PRO Templates?
No. The JSN Extensions are separate products from Joomlashine. We include Free Edition Extensions in our sample data for you to try out and you can consider upgrading to the PRO Edition.
What does "discount for renewal" mean?
After your subscription has expired, you still can use our product, but you won't get further technical support. Therefore, if you need our technical support, please renew your subscription and automatically get discount:

Can I resell JoomlaShine products?
No, the reselling of all or part of our products is stricly prohibited.
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind, without prior written consent from JoomlaShine. FYI, you can join JoomlaShine Affiliate Program to earn up to 50% referral commission.
Can I remove Joomlashine copyright in the footer?
You can not remove it unless you are PRO Edition owner.
In PRO edition all visible brand link at front-end are already removed.
The purchased product just doesn't suit my need. Can I exchage it for something else?
Yes, the request should be raised up within 30 days after your purchase date.
In some situations, we do allow for switch your order to another one with the same cost ONCE if you raise up your opinion within 30 days after your purchase date.
