Can I modify the source code of product?
Yes, you are authorized to make any modifications to achieve your desired intention. All codes are open for modification if you need. Moreover, if you purchase the commercial editions, you can get basic customization support from JoomlaShine's technical supporters in the Forum.
Do you offer refund?
Yes, within 30 days after your purchase date. If you are not satisfied with our products after reading our documentation, you have the unconditional right to request a refund within 30 days after the purchase date. It would be appreciated if you could provide us with some helpful feedback so that we can win you back in the future.
Does your PRO template include PRO extensions?
No. The JSN Extensions are separate products from Joomlashine and are not included in PRO template package. However, we include Free Edition Extensions in our sample data for you to try out and you can consider upgrading to the PRO Edition.
How and when can I download the product after purchase?
After the payment process, you can instantly download the product from the Customer Area section. In addition, we will send you an email receipt with all order and download information, so you can check back anytime in the future.
What happens after my order expires?
Once your subscription expires, you will not be able to download, get updates or create new posts to get technical support in PRO box on our Forum. Please renew and get discount up to 20%.
