I just had a session with a potential customer who has a 2-in-1 computer (a laptop and tablet at the same time). He kept trying to use his finger to scroll the website ( based on JSN Time) and it would not allow him. He showed me other websites which would scroll just fine in his browser.
Is there any setting which would switch this function on in a joomlashine template?
