On the homepage of the Glass Demo you have icons that when you hover it creates a dash animated circle. One of my clients requested that specific animated icon area for the website we are building them that is not a Joomla Shine website, but a Joomlage design structure. Anyway is there away to package that up in a file that I can code in to their website or tell me what code to put where. I am willing to pay. Thank you for your quick response.
