Start and End Date fields for each slide in Easy Slider?

How can I add 2 fields for each slider on JSN Easy Slider as Date Start & Date End, so I can make a slide to be published on a specific date and unpublished automaticaly?
I've managed to add the 2 fields, but now I'm struguling to make this work.
