JoomlaShine supports and discussions

I'm really disappointed and saddened this morning to find out that JSN are closing. Was there any attempt to sell the company or to find any way for users who invested in your products could continue them?

Sure, there's your support for a year (which has always been excellent), but that's it and we're going to have to move to a different template provider. A few years ago I bought a lifetime subscription, investing in your company but that's all but worthless now.

I would understand if the company was struggling financially, but from your email, it appears that you're just going to do something else instead.
