The terms and conditions are clear that we can not sell pro templates via a website or cd etc, but what can people with Developer Packages do with regards clients?
Can we load and publish a pro template on our clients web host?
Can we charge for that?
Can we continue to update the template?
What happens to the template if our client decides to sever the relationship?
What terms and conditions do we need to get the client to agree to regarding template ownership?
