Product usage is for life. Renewals (except for LIFETIME package) are required only to download, get updates and post question on PRO box on Forum if your subscription expired.

2.2. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products by yourself to fit your purposes.

3. Products Delivery

3.1. Free products

All our free products are available for download without paying any money. However, we do keep track the number of products downloads and might want to ask for your email address for further support and care.

3.2. Commercial products

After we have successfully received your payment, you will be redirected to download page.

• If you purchased the single product, then you will be able to download only files related to that product.
• If you purchased Developer Packages, then you will be able to download all JoomlaShine products listed under DEV package order on Customer Area > Downloads

Also, the download information will be emailed to the email address you provided during the payment process (Cybersource or Paypal email). This may take up to 1 hour but usually, happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through the contact page. Some customer purchases can be pending for manual antifraud check up to review of Paypal or 2Checkout. Antifraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actually the cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

4. Products Support

Support forum is available for everyone who are FREE or PRO customers.

Our commitments on Forum Support for PRO Customers are:

5. Money Back Policy

If you are not convinced or for any reason that you are not satisfied with the purchases, you can ask for a refund. The refund amount is equal to the amount you paid for the products/packages. We want to bring more value to you and your business with hi-quality products and best support.

JoomlaShine also reserves the right to refuse a refund in following situations:

• Refund is not applicable after 15 days since the date of purchase.
• Refund is not applicable on annual renewals or product upgrades.
• Refund is not applicable on the product(s) that you buy/bought at a discounted price.
• Refund would be denied in abuse cases, where there is evidence showing abnormally high numbers of downloads within 15 days.
• Refund would be denied if you refused to provide our support staff with access to your website to investigate our product you are having issue with.

Please also note that:

• If you get a refund, you cannot download or update the products anymore.
• Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
